Cancellation Policy for Passion for Paddling
At Passion for Paddling, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to offer flexibility while ensuring fairness and clarity for all participants. Below is our cancellation policy for courses and clinics:
Notification: Cancellations must be communicated via email to info@passionforpaddling.com.
Refund Structure:
30+ Days Before Start Date: For the Basic, Level 1 Course, and Rolling/Rescue Clinics, a full refund minus an administrative fee will be issued.
45+ Days Before Start Date: For the Level 2 & 3 Courses, Niagara Current Clinics, and St. Lawrence Surfing and Current Clinic, a full refund minus an administrative fee will be issued.
Administration Fee:
$25 for the Basic, Level 1 Course, and Rolling/Rescue Clinics
$50 for Level 2 & 3 Courses, Niagara Current Clinics, and St. Lawrence Clinics
Less Than 30 Days Before Start Date: No refund (minus the administrative fee) will be issued unless a replacement participant is found.
Minimum Participant Requirement:
If a clinic is canceled due to insufficient registration, you will receive a full refund or be given the option to reschedule.
Weather-Related Cancellations:
In case of unsafe conditions (e.g., high winds or thunderstorms), Passion for Paddling reserves the right to cancel and reschedule. Full credit or a refund will be provided if rescheduling is not possible.
Additional Notes:
Force Majeure: Passion for Paddling is not liable for cancellations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will work with participants to reschedule or provide credits.
Weather Cancellations: Safety is our top priority. If a clinic or course is canceled due to weather or other unsafe conditions, we will offer rescheduling options or full refunds.
